Introduction
Mohit Chauhan is an excellent musician and mesmerising singer.He is not only a
singer but also plays some musical instruments like the guitar and
flute.Mohit Chauhan sings from heart .He was born on 11 March 1974 in
(Dev Bhoomi) Himachal Pradesh.This is is a very beautiful hill station.
He brings with him the soul of the music from the hills.He is graduated
with a Master of Science in Geology from the Dharamshala College in
Himachal. He is very fond of cooking.He is famous for his natural
singing and deep heart touching voice.He is a playback singer and known
for his Sweet pretty and romantic songs.His different style makes him
unique from others. I get goose bumps when he sings. He starts his
career with the band Silk Route was a popular Indian music band named
after the Silk Road which released two albums, ''Boondein'' and
''Pehchan''.The album ‘'Boondein'’ has won the top music awards of the
year.He is the lead singer of ''Silk Route''band. He becomes famous with
the popular song ''Dooba Dooba Rehta Hoon''from ''Boondein''.Mohit has
offered the popular song ''Khoon Chala'' from the super hit movie ''Rang
De Basanti''.This song is very appreciated. He composed the music for
Kalpana Lajmi’s '‘Kyon'' and '‘Mein and Meri Patni aur Woh''.He is a
flawless singer and gave many hit songs like Masakali ,Pee Loon ,Yeh
Dooriyan,Tum Se Hi and many other songs.He has won the Best Male
