We keep hearing and reading about Bollywood stars love life. But do you know how the love life of last Hindu king began?<br />
<br />
This is the story of Prithviraj Chauhan, the last Hindu ruler. He was
not just a brave heart, but was ver romantic too. He was in love with
Kannauj’s king Jaichandra’s daughter Sanyogita.<br />
<br />
We all know that Prithviraj had kidnapped her and then had married
her, but very few of us know that his love life was very interesting.<br />
<br />
This story is of that time, when Prithviraj Chauhan became the king
after the death of his maternal grandfather and the king of Delhi.<br />
<br />
Since Prithviraj’s grandfather did not have his own kids, he had
requested Prithviraj’s father to make his grandchild the next King. For
this reason, he had to prove himself a lot of times.<br />
<br />
During that time, Kannauj’s King Jaichandra, who had a daughter
Sanyogita, was very jealous of Prithviraj’s achievements and brave
nature.<br />
<br />
One day a painter visited the kingdom of Kannauj. He had a lot of
pictures of known people with him, which he had drawn. Among these
pictures, was the picture of King Prithviraj Chauhan. When unmarried
girls of Kannauj kingdom looked at Prithviraj’s picture, they all got
attracted to him and started talking about him. This made Prithviraj
really popular in Kannauj kingdom.<br />
<br />
<br />
When Sanyogita heard about Prithviraj’s picture, she couldn’t wait to
see it herself. When she saw Prithviraj’s picture with her friends she
fell in love with his good looks and took that picture from that painter
and kept it with herself.<br />
<br />
<br />
During that time, King Jaichandra had arranged for a swayamvar for his
daughter Sanyogita, where he invited prince from various kingdoms, but
Prithviraj. Moreover, he even insulted Prithviraj by keeping a statue of
him at the main door<br />
<br />
When the Swayamvar began, Princesses Sanyogita didn’t like any prince.
Soon her eyes fell on the statue of Prithviraj at the door. She went up
to that statue and put the garland around its neck.<br />
<br />
In reality, without anyone’s notice, Prithviraj had come there and was
standing posing like a statue. Seeing her daughter putting the garland
around Prithviraj’s neck, Jaichandra got angry and ran towards Sanyogita
to kill her with his sword. To save his bride, Prithviraj ran away with
Sanyogita on his horse.<br />
<br />
Later Jaichandra made friends with Mohammad Gauri to take revenge on
Prithviraj. But later Mohammad Gauri befooled Jaichandra and got him
arrested and put him in jail.<br />
<br />

It's a special day for the lovey-dovey couple Kunwar Amarjeet Singh and <a href="http://www.chauhansaab.blogspot.com/2013/01/charlie-chauhan.html"><b>Charlie Chauhan</b></a> as they have completed two years of togetherness today (26th July, 2013).<br />
<br />
Kunwar Amar rose to fame through <i>Dance India Dance</i> and is currently basking in the glory of <i>Dil Dosti Dance</i> while Charlie debut on small screen with <i>MTV Roadies</i> and was also seen in <i>Best Friends Forever</i>.<br />
<br />
<div class="mod-timesofindiaarticletextwithadcpc mod-timesofindiaarticletext mod-articletext" id="mod-a-body-after-first-para">
Amar-Charlie's love story is no longer a secret now as the story was repeated number of times on Star Plus' dance reality show <em>Nach Baliye</em> on which they were one of the contestant couples<em>.</em>
Nevertheless, we will once again repeat it for our readers. The duo met
through a common friend, Dharmesh (better known as Dharmesh sir of DID
fame) and this is how their love bloomed.<br />
Coming back to the day,
a source whispered in our ears that they both have completed two years
of togetherness. While Charlie was all excited about D-Day since last
night, Amar was busy shooting for D3.<br />
"Charlie is a love angle and she is always excited about all such things," observed Amar.<br />
"However, it might sound weird but I had actually forgotten about the
day. But Charlie understands that I work for long-long hours and
everything just skips out of my mind. In fact I am feeling so bad that
she is always excited about such things and I don't get time for her. I
reach home so late daily that I couldn't take her somewhere out for a
nice dinner or an outing. Today, I don't know how much is possible for
me but I am going to surprise her for sure," shares Amar.<br />
Well, Amar-Charlie stay blessed!</div>

You meet a charming man, he impresses you with his suave manner and you end up thinking he is the ‘one.’<br />
<br />
But, wait there has to be a catch! After a few dates, he will reveal his
true self and will end up breaking your heart! Here are the top 5
losers you should never ever date:<br /><br /><strong>The Player:</strong>
The player is a ladies’ man. He is charming, well mannered, good
looking, witty and successful but will never stick around till the end
of the night. He will manipulate your emotions with endless compliments.
The Player often boasts of his expensive house, extravagant gifts, fast
cars and lavish parties but doesn’t display a shred of genuine emotion.
The sex is great, but don’t be surprised if you do not see him in the
morning.<br /><br /><strong>The Narcissist: </strong>He will manipulate your
emotions by victimizing himself because he truly believes that there
exists no world beyond his drama. Be prepared for some over the top
drama and petty fights. Always remember, The Narcissist may be wrong but
he will never apologize! When in a relationship with a narcissist, he
will control your life and will separate you from your friends and
family. So keep away!<br /><br /><strong>The Mama’s Boy:</strong> The Mama’s
boy is a sweet, kind and gentle Man-Child. He is immature and
irresponsible. His mother influences his life, goals and relationships.
He has no stable income and he lives rent free with his mother. His
beloved mother thinks that no girl is good enough for him. He will
constantly compare you to his mother by saying disturbing statements
like “My mother cooks like this, you should too.” In spite of trying to
live up to his expectations, you will always fall short. He frequently
calls and texts his mother to inform her about his daily routine. RUN
before he brings his mother to the dinner date.<br /><br /><strong>The Rebounder:</strong>
The Rebounder has recently broken up with his long time serious
girlfriend. He will constantly talk about his ex saying “She dressed up
like that” or “We had our first kiss at this restaurant.” Check his cell
phone for pictures of his ex or her messages. Also, does he try to spot
his ex in every tall girl with short black hair? Emotional baggage
never helped any relationship! It is going to take some serious
investigation and patience to determine if you are dating a Rebounder. <br /><br /><strong>The Smart Ass: </strong>A
man with a hot body and intelligence to boot is a huge turn on. But,
when a man reeks of sarcasm with every word he utters, you should avoid
dating him. He will constantly expose your short comings and embarrass
you for your trivial mistakes. He is not only rude to you but also to
his friends and family. The Smart Ass has been trained to expose your
flaws so he can feel better about himself. Break up before he
demoralizes you and damages your self respect. </div>

<br />
Five years after her <b><a href="http://www.bollywoodindiaactress.blogspot.com/">Bollywood </a></b>debut <em>Jannat</em> and two years after a brief appearance in <em>Bbuddah…Hoga Terra Baap</em>, <a href="https://www.bollywoodbiography.in/sonal-chauhan.html"><b>Sonal Chauhan</b></a> is making a comeback of sorts as a leading lady in psychological horror thriller <em>3G</em>.
Battling intermittent link up stories as well as the waiting period
that she had to suffer before bagging a new film, <a href="https://www.bollywoodbiography.in/sonal-chauhan.html">Sonal </a>is back in news.
While she was working on <em>3G</em>, there was this entire episode six months ago where she and <a href="http://www.chauhansaab.blogspot.com/2012/08/neil-nitin-mukesh-and-sonal-chauhan-are.html"><b>Neil Nitin Mukesh were linked up</b></a>. One wonders what really happened?<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“Thank goodness that at least someone is
giving me that respect by asking me what really happened”, sighs <a href="https://www.bollywoodbiography.in/sonal-chauhan.html"><b>Sonal</b></a>,
“See, sometimes silence is taken very differently and then after a
while, people start looking at it at face value and assuming that it is
all true. At my part I did clarify things for a while. It was
unfortunate that such speculations started making rounds. People do get
misquoted. (Pauses) In this industry, there is always an attempt to link
up two good looking people.”</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
However, since she doesn’t have a famous
boyfriend or a Godfather, does she feel that the very survival proves
to be a challenge in itself?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
“I really don’t know how having a famous
boyfriend can help”, says <a href="https://www.bollywoodbiography.in/sonal-chauhan.html"><b>Sonal</b></a>, “If you are not good enough or
talented then no matter who is your boyfriend or Godfather, you won’t be
able to step up the ladder. I have never understood this concept. If a
director or a producer takes a liking for you, why would he still want
to invest crores and make a film for you? I would still say that no
director would compromise a movie for a random person; it is the talent
that eventually comes through. If you have the right people around you,
it always works.”</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Guess she is finally finding some right
people around her, what with Eros and Viki Rajani trusting her to
deliver goods. With rumours already floating around the production
company having signed Sonal for her next, the pretty girl is indeed
moving on a new phase of her career.</div>

Raghuraj completed his primary education from Mahaprabhu Bal Vidayalaya Narayni Asram Shivkuti, Allahabad,
high school from Bharat Scout H.S. School in the year 1985,
intermediate from Colonel Ganj Inter College Allahabad in the year 1987,

In the Indian general election, 1999,
he put up Akshay Pratap Singh against the incumbent Ratna Singh (als

For the 2004 elections, he changed his stand and began supporting Samajvadi Party which made him minister in the 2004 Mulayam Singh Yadav government and the 2012 Akhilesh Yadav

After the 2007 elections, when Mayawati swept to power with a majority, Raghuraj again came under the police radar.<br />
He became a cabinet minister in the newly elected SP government led

On 3 March 2013, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Zia Ul Haq was
killed during clashes between villagers and police in Uttar Pradesh
minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya's constituency,
Kunda.Following a complaint by the slain officer's wife, Parveen Azad,
Pratapgarh police have registered a case against Raja Bhaiyya for his
alleged involvement in the "conspiracy" which resulted in the gang war
and subsequent murder of the police officer. In the FIR, Parveen has
said her husband was killed by the henchmen of Raja Bhaiyya. She has
named Gulshan Yadav, chairman of Kunda Nagar Panchayat, Harion
Srivastava, a representative of Raja Bhaiyya and Guddu Singh, Raja
Bhaiyya's driver as prime accused. She has also named two other
villagers - Kamta Prasad Pal and Rajesh Kumar Pal. The police have
registered a murder case against other accused who were named in the
FIR.<h2>
<span class="mw-headline" id="2007_Elections"> </span></h2>
<strong>FEW PEOPLE</strong> are able to maintain a life in politics
coterminous with a life in crime. Raja Bhaiya, a strongman in Uttar
Pradesh, has done exactly that for two decades. But comeuppance is the
staple of the men of the mafia who straddle politics. Raja Bhaiya had
his this week when an uproar over the killing of a policeman and two
others near his hometown forced him to quit as a minister in the state’s
one-year-old government.<br />
If one goes by the criminal cases filed against him over the years,
Raghuraj Pratap Singh, as the 46-year-old politician was named at birth,
took to the life of an outlaw barely a year after he was old enough to
vote. When he became a minister in the state government in March 2012
for the fifth time in 15 years, UP Police had 45 criminal cases against
him. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is also probing him in
two cases.<br />
The latest charges emanate from the 2 March mob lynching and shooting
of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ziaul- Haq after he reached a
village to investigate the killings, allegedly by Raja Bhaiya’s
shooters, of the village chief and his brother.<br />
The nickname Raja Bhaiya draws on his lineage as an upper-caste
Rajput from a family of landlords that once owned vast stretches of land
for generations. He is also known as Raja (king) of Kunda, the name of
his hometown of about 35,000 people. It is widely known that he still
controls enormous tracts of agricultural land as well as many illegal
trading activities such as those relating to sand mining from the
riverside. Those who are especially in his thrall also call him “<em>noor-e-nazar</em>” (the light of the eyes). Of course, he is also feared as the “<em>Kunda ka gunda</em>” (the don of Kunda).<br />
“Kunda has been a hotbed of all kinds of anti-social activities and
crime since Raja Bhaiya first became a legislator from there 20 years
ago,” says Rajkumar Ratna Singh, the Lok Sabha MP from Pratapgarh, which
includes Kunda. “Both the BJP and the Samajwadi Party are guilty of
effectively protecting this criminal by making him a minister.”<br />
Singh, who is from the Congress party, claims the slain police
officer had been on Raja Bhaiya’s hit list as he had put an end to
illegal sand mining allegedly carried out by Raja Bhaiya’s men near the
Ganga river. The DSP, she says, was trying to enforce a Supreme Court
ruling that most others had been frightened to implement. “Local
policemen act like Raja Bhaiya’s servants,” says Singh. Zia-ul-Haq had
dared to raid the mining site and seized trucks full of the illegal
consignment that are still parked at the local police station. “That is
why the policemen with him abandoned him and ran away. It was
pre-planned murder.”<br />
Few are shocked at the turn of events involving Raja Bhaiya. Mulayam
Singh Yadav, who heads the Samajwadi Party that rules Uttar Pradesh, had
made worsening crime under the previous government’s rule a key issue
in his campaign for the 2012 Assembly election. But old-timers weren’t
surprised when Raja Bhaiya wormed his way into the government of Yadav’s
son, Akhilesh, who became chief minister after the Samajwadi Party won
the election. The Yadavs need Raja Bhaiya to mollycoddle the Rajputs,
who are numerically and politically significant in the state.<br />
The last time Mulayam was chief minister, from August 2003 to May
2007, he had made Raja Bhaiya the food minister. That tenure resulted in
the CBI filing a case over alleged embezzlement of hundreds of crores
of rupees in a scheme to supply subsidised food to the poor. Filed in
December 2007 after Mulayam’s bitter rival, Mayawati, became the chief
minister, that case is still continuing. In her previous tenure during
2002-03, Mayawati had launched an all-out war against Raja Bhaiya and
sent him to prison. Last year, Akhilesh had wanted to keep Raja Bhaiya
out but his father overruled him. Raja Bhaiya’s tenure as prison
minister was marked by violence by jail inmates, such as by a gangster
named Brijesh Singh who had been brought from Gujarat. Last month,
Akhilesh divested Raja Bhaiya of the prison portfolio.<br />
<br />
<br />
Schooled in Allahabad, Raja Bhaiya almost didn’t graduate as his
father believed that education made cowards of men. But his mother’s
insistence saw him attend Lucknow University. But Raja Bhaiya was
clearly no coward: by the time he turned 19, he had several criminal
cases filed against him already. He debuted in politics in 1993, getting
elected as an independent legislator at the age of 26 with the support
of the BJP. Ironically, Mulayam had then opposed Raja Bhaiya as he was
accused of masterminding anti-Muslim violence in a village of Kunda
during 1991-92. Mulayam even disrupted proceedings in the UP Assembly
for a week demanding police action against the newly elected legislator.<br />
Raja Bhaiya, who has never joined a political party, has been the
bugbear of every politician in the state at some time or the other. In
1996, BJP’s Kalyan Singh campaigned against him in the Assembly election
only to be forced to make the strongman a Cabinet minister in 1997 when
the BJP leader became chief minister. Two successive BJP chief
ministers, including the current party president, Rajnath Singh, had
retained Raja Bhaiya as their minister<br />
<strong>HIS TROUBLES</strong> with Mayawati began when she formed a
government in May 2002 with the BJP’s support. She resisted a push by
the BJP, which had supported Raja Bhaiya in the election, to make him a
minister. In much of rural Uttar Pradesh, the caste Rajputs are the
worst tormentors of the lowest-caste Dalits, who are Mayawati’s core
votebank. Raja Bhaiya mobilised Rajput MLAs of the BJP who opposed the
coalition with Mayawati and spearheaded a dissident movement against her
government. He was arrested in November 2002 after he allegedly
threatened a BJP legislator.<br />
Thus was Mayawati’s war against him launched. In two months, police
would raid Raja Bhaiya’s palatial ancestral home in Kunda and recover,
among other firearms, two AK-47 rifles. His father, Udai Pratap Singh,
and a cousin, too, were arrested and booked under the Prevention of
Terrorism Act (POTA) for allegedly conspiring to kill Mayawati. Over the
next weeks, the police carried out more arrests in a bid to destroy
what it said was Raja Bhaiya’s network of terror that, among others,
ensured he lorded over public works and irrigation contracts running
into crores of rupees. Famously, Mayawati also acquired a huge private
lake on Raja Bhaiya’s estate that was home to crocodiles and named it
Ambedkar Bird Sanctuary. This was a symbolic blow by a Dalit against a
Thakur that made her a hero among the Dalits and him a symbol of injured
Rajput pride.<br />
When police attacked Rajput youths protesting the arrests, Mulayam
launched a political campaign vowing to free them if he came to power.
When he did become chief minister replacing Mayawati in August 2003, he
promptly released Raja Bhaiya from jail and made him a minister. On her
part, Mayawati decided to court the Brahmins, the upper-caste rivals to
the Rajputs. Her lieutenant, Satish Mishra, addressed hundreds of
Brahmin rallies and conventions across the state over three years. This
brought her political gains in the 2007 election as the Brahmins and the
Dalits helped her win an absolute majority in the Assembly. But she
lost power again in 2012, beginning a revival in the fortunes of Raja
Bhaiya as the Samajwadi Party won power.<br />
Opposition leaders, however, believe that this time Raja Bhaiya may
have tied Chief Minister Akhilesh, too, in knots. Raja Bhaiya has
claimed that one of the key accused in the 2 March killings, Rohit
Singh, had actually accompanied him to a meeting with Akhilesh. “Raja
Bhaiya has created potential trouble for Akhilesh Yadav,” says Congress
leader Pramod Tewari who is a legislator from near Kunda. Rohit Singh
has more than a dozen cases of crime, including murder and criminal
conspiracy, against him.<br />
Since the 2 March killings, Raja Bhaiya has said he did not need to
get the police officer murdered as he could have easily got him
transferred out of Kunda with his influence as a minister. But sources
in the police debunk that claim. Anil Kumar Rai, who has been
transferred out as the Superintendent of Police in Pratapgarh, had stood
up to Raja Bhaiya on postings and transfers, a senior police officer in
the state told TEHELKA on the condition of anonymity. “Also, as the
inquiry officer into last year’s communal violence in Kunda, Zia-ul-Haq
had clinching evidence about Raja Bhaiya’s involvement in it,” the
officer said. The slain police officer was shortly to submit his report
to the government that would have reportedly pointed a finger at Raja
Bhaiya.</div>

<br clear="all" />
<br />
<br />
<div class="slideshow-top">
<div class="description_slide">
<span style="text-align: justify;">Instances of women cheating on
their partners may not be heard too often, but that does not mean it
doesn’t happen. What causes women, who are traditionally thought to be a
rather emotive species, to cheat is something we try to decode here.</span></div>
<div class="description_slide">
<span style="text-align: justify;"> </span></div>
<div class="description_slide">
<span style="text-align: justify;"><span class="image-caption current" style="opacity: 1;"><div id="div_1">
<h4 style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 24px;">
1. The thrill</h4>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Some women cheat for the thrill of it. The excitement of doing
things behind a partner’s back, the risk, the adrenaline rush, the
desire are all very potent reasons for a woman to cheat. The cheating bit isn’t always emotional, it is in fact an out and out physical act that is engaged in for the thrill of it.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span class="image-caption current" style="opacity: 1;"></span></div>
<div id="div_2">
<h4 style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">
2. She wants more</h4>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The most obvious reason for a woman to cheat is that she isn’t
getting enough sex or that she isn’t happy with what you have to offer.
It is this happiness that results in her getting involved in an
adulterous relationship. It is left to the man in the relationship to
pull his socks up and fight for his woman. If you love her and want her,
you have to go the extra mile and satisfy her.</div>
</div>
<div id="div_2">
</div>
<div id="div_2">
<span class="image-caption current" style="opacity: 1;"><div id="div_3">
<h4 style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">
3. To get back at you</h4>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you have cheated on her in the past, she could cheat on you
just to get back at you. Yes, women can be rather revengeful if they so
wish!</div>
</div>
<div id="div_3">
</div>
<div id="div_3">
<span class="image-caption current" style="opacity: 1;"><div id="div_4">
<h4 style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">
4. Bored!</h4>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Less or no experimentation in the bedroom can
be one of the reasons a woman chooses to cheat. Women seek as much
variation in the bedroom as men do and if her man cannot provide her the
same, she is bound to look for it outside.</div>
</div>
<div id="div_4">
</div>
<div id="div_4">
<span class="image-caption current" style="opacity: 1;"><div id="div_4">
<h4 style="font-size: 20px; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">
5. Feeling neglected</h4>
This is the most common reason women give when asked why they
cheated. Feeling neglected, unwanted or useless is what drives women to
cheat. It is when their husbands or boyfriends ignore them that they
take to finding companionship and solace in the company of others.<br />
If you don’t want to go through the pain of being cheated, then
it is up to you to ensure your woman is happy and satisfied. Give it
your best shot and more and thus ensure that she has no excuse to cheat
on you.<br />

<span id="goog_106392259"></span><span id="goog_106392260"></span>Let’s face it, women have the ability to read much more into a question than is meant.<br />
For instance, a guy asks what the time is, and she hears, “I’m
bored, I want to leave, I wonder if this relationship is working for me,
I think I may be able to escape in the next few minutes, I wonder what
I am doing here?” He wanted to know what the time was, because he
needs to take his tablet an hour after supper.<br />
So what do the following questions mean to women?<br />
<b>Are you going to be much longer? </b><br />
<b>She hears :</b>
Here I am sitting on my backside waiting in the car, while you are
packing the baby’s bag, sorting out the dog, wrapping the birthday
present, dealing with YOUR mother’s phonecall, setting the alarm and
locking the house. What is taking you so long?<br />
<b>Why does this question irritate women?</b><br />
This question merely reveals your husband/boyfriend’s complete lack of
understanding about what it takes to get ready to go on the road. And
this is what makes women angry. Leave it to the man in your life, and
you will arrive at the party without a present, without clean nappies
for the baby, and to top it all, a call from the alarm company, saying
the armed response says the dog is trotting around inside the house and
they hope that is what set off the alarm.<br />
<b>Don’t you think you should start running again? </b><br />
<b>She hears :</b>
You are getting fat and I think it is because you are not getting
enough exercise. Pick up two more kilo’s and I am out of here.<br />
<b>Why does this question irritate women?</b>It
makes them feel that they are being prescribed to in how they should
look, what they should wear in order to be found acceptable. Men just
don’t understand that many women deal with baby blues or the difficult
boss by eating a second slice of chocolate cake, followed by a cream
caramel delight, rum ‘n raisin ice cream and rounded off with a sweetie
pie.<br />
<b>What’s for supper?</b><br />
<b>She hears:</b> Your place is in the kitchen. I don’t care if your work a full day like I do, supper is your responsibility and I am hungry.<br />
<b>Why does this question irritate women? </b><br />
It makes them feel as if the bulk of the household responsibilities is
still theirs, even if they work fulltime or earn more than their
husbands. Especially if they shopped for the food, cooked yesterday and
put three loads of washing through the machine in the last 24 hours.<br />
<b>What was your previous boyfriend like?</b><br />
<b>She hears:</b>
I don’t like the thought of your being with anyone else, even if I
didn’t know you then. I really want to hear that he was a right royal
jerk, useless in bed, couldn’t hold down a job and generally disliked
by all your family and friends.<br />
<b>Why does this question irritate women?</b><br />
It makes them feel cornered – previous boyfriends are actually private
territory and have nothing to do with present relationships. When women
are hesitant to discuss previous relationships, men often react as if
they are somehow being excluded and as if the woman has something to
hide. We all have secrets and private things about which we don’t talk
to anyone.<br />
<b>Who was that you were talking to?</b><br />
<b>She hears: </b>I
don’t trust you. I don’t like you talking to other men. You’re mine,
mine, mine and don’t you forget it. How much did that smile really
mean?<br />
<b>Why does this question irritate women?</b> It
makes them feel as if they are being treated like possessions and not
human beings. Everyone needs friends and women certainly do not want to
sleep with every man they smile at. Heavens, that would include the
72-year-old butcher on the corner.</div>

The Nehru-Gandhi dynasty starts with the Mughal man named Ghiyasuddin Ghazi. He was the City Kotwal i.e. police officer of Delhi prior to the uprising of 1857, under the Mughal rule. After capturing Delhi in 1857, in the year of the mutiny, the British were slaughtering all Mughals everywhere. The British made a thorough search and killed every Mughal so that there were no future claimant to the throne of Delhi. The Hindus on the other hand were not targeted by the British unless isolated Hindus were found to be siding with the Mughals, due to past associations. Therefore, it became customary for many Mohammedans to adopt Hindu names. So, the man Ghiyasuddin Ghazi (the word means kafir-killer) adopted a Hindu name Gangadhar Nehru and thus saved his life by the subterfuge. Ghiyasuddin Ghazi apparently used to reside on the bank of a canal (or Nehr) near the Red Fort. Thus, he adopted the name ‘Nehru’ as the family name. Through out the world, we do not find any descendant other than that of Gangadhar, having the surname Nehru. The 13th volume ofthe “Encyclopedia of Indian Warof Independence” by M.K. Singh states it elaborately. The Government of India have been hiding this fact.<br />
<div>
City Kotwal was an important post like today’s Commissioner of Police. It appears from Mughal records that there was no Hindu Kotwal employed. It was extremely unlikely for a Hindu to be hired for that post. Compulsorily only Mohammedans of foreign ancestry were hired for such important posts.</div>
<div>
Jawaharlal Nehru’s second sister Krishna Hutheesing also mentions in her memoirs that her grandfather was the city Kotwal of Delhi prior to 1857’s uprising when Bahadur Shah Zafar was still the sultan of Delhi. Jawaharlal Nehru, in his autobiography, states that he have seen a picture of his grandfather which portrays him like a Mughal nobleman. In that picture it appears that he was having long & very thick beard, wearing a Muslim cap and was having two swords in his hands. Jawaharlal Nehru also states in his autobiography that on their way to Agra (a seat of Mughal influence) from Delhi, the members of his grand father’s family were detained by the British. The reason for the detention was their Mughal features. They however pleaded that they were Kashmiri Pandits and thus got away. The Urdu literature of the 19thcentury, especially the works of Khwaja Hasan Nizami, are full of the miseries that the Mughals and Mohammedans have to face then. They also describe how Mughals escaped to other cities to save their lives. In all probability, Jawahar Nehru’s Mughal grandfather and his family were among them.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Jawaharlal Nehru was a person that India adores. He was undoubtedly a very sound politician and a gifted individual. But, the Government of India has not built a memorial of Jawaharlal Nehru at his birth place 77 Mirganj in Allahabad, because it is a brothel. The entire locality is a well known red light area since long. It has not become a brothel recently, but it has been a brothel even before Jawaharlal Nehru’s birth. A portion of the same house was sold by his father Motilal Nehru to a prostitute named Lali Jaan and it came to be known as <i>“Imambada”</i>. If you have some doubt, you may visit the place. Several dependable sources and also encyclopedia.com & Wikipedia say this. Motilal Nehru along with his family, later shifted to Anand Bhawan. Remember that Anand Bhawan is Jawaharlal Nehru’s ancestral house and not his birth place.</div>
<div>
M. O. Mathai of Indian Civil Service served as the Private Secretary to Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. Mathai has written a book “Reminiscences of the Nehru Age” (ISBN-13: 9780706906219).In the book Mathai reveals that there was intense love affair between Jawaharlal Nehru and Edwina Mountbatten (wife of the last Viceroy to India, Louis Mountbatten). The romance was a source of great embarrassment for <span style="color: red;">Indira Gandhi</span>, who used to seek Maulana Abul Kalam Azad’s help in persuading her father to be little discreet about their relationship.</div>
Also Nehru had love affair with Sarojini Naidu’s daughter Padmaja Naidu, whom Nehru got appointed as <span style="color: red;">the Governor</span>of Bengal. It is revealed that he used to keep her portrait in his bed room, which Indira would often remove. It caused some tension between father and daughter.<br />
<div>
Apart from these ladies, Pandit Nehru had an affair with a <i>sanyasin</i> from Benares named Shraddha Mata. She was an attractive Sanskrit <span style="color: red;">scholar</span> well versed in the ancient Indian scriptures and mythology. When she conceived out of their illicit relationship, in 1949, in a convent in Bangalore, she insisted that Nehru should marry her. But, Nehru declined that because it could affect his political career. A son was born and he was kept at a Christian Missionary Boarding School. His date of birth is estimated to be 30th May, 1949. He may be in his early sixties now. Convents in such matters maintain secrecy to prevent humiliation of the child. Though Mathai confirmed the existence of the child, no efforts have ever been made to locate him. He must have grown up as a Catholic Christian blissfully ignorant of who his father was.</div>
<div>
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee were competitors of Jawaharlal Nehru for the post of Prime Minister of India and both of them died under mysterious circumstances.</div>
<div>
Knowing all these facts, is there any meaning of celebrating Nehru’s birthday as Children’s Day? Presenting him as a different person to our children and hiding the truth, amounts to denying education to them.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
As per the book “The great divide: Muslim separatism and partition” by S.C. Bhatt— Jawaharlal Nehru’s sister Vijaya Lakshmi eloped with her father’s employee Syud Hussain. Then Motilal Nehru forcefully took her back and got her married with another man named Ranjit Pandit.</div>
<div>
Indira Priyadarshini perpetuated immorality in the Nehru dynasty. Intellectual Indira was admitted in Oxford University but driven out from there for non-performance. She was then admitted to Shantiniketan University but, Guru Dev Rabindranath Tagore chased her out for bad conduct.</div>
<div>
After driven out of Shantiniketan, Indira became lonely as father was busy with <span style="color: red;">politics</span> and mother was dieing of tuberculosis in Switzerland. Playing with her loneliness, Feroze Khan, son of a grocer named Nawab Khan who supplied wines etc to Motilal Nehru’s household in Allahabad, was able to draw close to her. The then Governor of Maharashtra, Dr. Shriprakash warned Nehru, that Indira was having an illicit relation with Feroze Khan. Feroze Khan was then in England and he was quite sympathetic to Indira. Soon enough she changed her religion, became a Muslim woman and married Feroze Khan in a London mosque. Indira Priyadarshini Nehru changed her name to Maimuna Begum. Her mother Kamala Nehru was totally against that marriage. Nehru was not happy as conversion to Muslim will jeopardize her prospect of becoming Prime Minister.</div>
<div>
So, Nehru asked the young man Feroze Khan to change his surname from Khan to Gandhi. It had nothing to do with change of religion from Islam to Hinduism. It was just a case of a change of name by an affidavit. And so Feroze Khan became Feroze Gandhi, though it is an inconsistent name like Bismillah Sarma. Both changed their names to fool the public of India. When they returned to India, a mock vedic marriage was instituted for public consumption. Thus, Indira and her descendants got the fancy name Gandhi. Both Nehru and Gandhi are fancy names. As a chameleon changes its colour, this dynasty have been changing its name to hide its real identity.</div>
<div>
Indira Gandhi had two sons namely Rajiv Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi. Sanjay was originally named as Sanjiv that rhymed with Rajiv, his elder brother’s name. Sanjiv was arrested by the British police for a car theft in the UK and his passport was seized. On Indira Gandhi’s direction, the then Indian Ambassador to UK, Krishna Menon misusing his power, changed his name to Sanjay and procured a new passport. Thus Sanjiv Gandhi came to be known as Sanjay Gandhi.</div>
<div>
It is a known fact that after Rajiv’s birth, Indira Gandhi and Feroze Gandhi lived separately, but they were not divorced. The book “The Nehru Dynasty” (ISBN 10:8186092005) by K. N. Rao states that the second son of Indira (or Mrs. Feroze Khan) known as Sanjay Gandhi was not the son of Feroze Gandhi. He was the son of another Muslim gentleman named Mohammad Yunus.</div>
<div>
Interestingly Sanjay Gandhi’s marriage with the Sikh girl Menaka took place in Mohammad Yunus’ house in New Delhi. Apparently Yunus was unhappy with the marriage as he wanted to get him married with a Muslim girl of his choice. It was Mohammad Yunus who cried the most when Sanjay Gandhi died in plane crash. In Yunus’ book, “Persons, Passions & Politics” (ISBN-10: 0706910176) one can discover that baby Sanjay was circumcised following Islamic custom.</div>
<div>
It is a fact that Sanjay Gandhi used to constantly blackmail his mother Indira Gandhi, with the secret of who his real father is. Sanjay exercised a deep emotional control over his mother, which he often misused. Indira Gandhi chose to ignore his misdeeds and he was indirectly controlling the Government.</div>
<div>
When the news of Sanjay Gandhi’s death reached Indira Gandhi, her first question was “Where are his keys and his wrist watch?”. Some deep secrets about the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty seems to be hidden in those objects.The plane accident was also mysterious. It was a new plane that nosedive to a crash and yet the plane did not explode upon impact. It happens when there is no fuel. But the flight register shows that the fuel tank was made full before take-off. Indira Gandhi using undue influence of PM’s office prohibited any inquiry from taking place. So, who is the suspect?</div>

<div>
The book “The Life of Indira Nehru Gandhi” (ISBN: 9780007259304) by Katherine Frank sheds light on some of Indira Gandhi’s other love affairs. It is written that Indira’s first love was with her German teacher at Shantiniketan. Later she had affair with M. O. Mathai (father’s secretary), then Dhirendra Brahmachari (her yoga teacher) and at last with Dinesh Singh (Foreign Minister).</div>
<div>
Former Foreign Minister K Natwar Singh made an interesting revelation about Indira Gandhi’s affinity to the Mughals in his book “Profile and Letters” (ISBN: 8129102358). It states that- In 1968 Indira Gandhi as the Prime Minister of India went on an official visit to Afghanistan. Natwar Sing accompanied her as an IFS officer in duty. After having completed the day’s long engagements, Indira Gandhi wanted to go out for a ride in the evening. After going a long distance in the car, Indira Gandhi wanted to visit Babur’s burial place, though this was not included in the itinerary. The Afghan security officials tried to dissuade her, but she was adamant. In the end she went to that burial place. It was a deserted place. She went before Babur’s grave, stood there for a few minutes with head bent down in reverence. Natwar Singh stood behind her. When Indira had finished her prayers, she turned back and told Singh “Today we have had our brush with history.” Worth to mention that Babur was the founder of Mughal rule in India, from which the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty have descended.</div>

It is difficult to count how many institutes of higher education are named after Rajiv Gandhi but, Rajiv Gandhi himself was a person of low calibre. From 1962 to 1965, he was enrolled for a Mechanical Engineering course at Trinity College, Cambridge. But, he left Cambridge without a degree because, he could not pass exams. Next year in 1966, he joined Imperial College, London but, again left it without a degree.</div>
<div>
K. N. Rao in the above said book alleges that Rajiv Gandhi became a Catholic to marry Sania Maino. Rajiv became Roberto. His son’s name is Raul and daughter’s name is Bianca. Quite cleverly the same names are presented to the people of India as Rahul and Priyanka.</div>
<div>
In personal conduct Rajiv was very much a Mughal. On 15th August 1988 he thundered from the ramparts of the Red Fort: “Our endeavor should be to take the country to heights to which it belonged about 250-300 years ago. It was then the reign of Aurangzeb, the ‘jeziya’ master and number one temple destroyer.”</div>
<div>
The press conference that Rajiv Gandhi gave in London after taking over as prime minister of India was very informative. In this press conference, Rajiv boasted that he is not a Hindu but a Parsi. Feroze Khan’s father and Rajiv Gandhi’s paternal grandfather was a Muslim gentleman from the Junagadh area of Gujarat. This Muslim grocer by the name of Nawab Khan had married a Parsi woman after converting her to Islam. This is the source where from the myth of Rajiv being a Parsi was derived. Mind that he had no Parsi ancestor at all. His paternal grandmother had turned Muslim after having abandoned the Parsi religion to marry Nawab Khan. Surprisingly, Parsi Rajiv Gandhi was cremated as per Vedic rites in full view of Indian public.</div>

Dr. Subramanian Swamy writes that Sonia Gandhi’s name was Antonia Maino. Her father was a mason. He was an activist of the notorious fascist regime of Italy and he served five years imprisonment in Russia. Sonia Gandhi have not studied beyond high school. She learnt some English from a English teaching shop named Lennox School at the Cambridge University campus. From this fact she boasts of having studied at the prestigious Cambridge University. After learning some English, she was a waitress at a restaurant in Cambridge town.</div>
<div>
Sonia Gandhi had intense friendship with Madhavrao Scindia in the UK, which continued even after her marriage. One night at 2 AM in 1982, Madhavrao Scindia and Sonia Gandhi were caught alone together when their car met an accident near IIT Delhi main gate.</div>
<div>
When Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were Prime Ministers, PM’s security used to go to New Delhi and Chennai international airports to send crates of Indian treasures like temple sculptures, antiques, paintings etc to Rome. Arjun Singh as CM and later as Union Minister in charge of Culture used to organize the plunder. Unchecked by customs, they were transported to Italy to be sold in two shops named Etnica & Ganpati, owned by Sonia Gandhi’s sister Alessandra Maino Vinci.</div>
<div>
Indira Gandhi died not because her heart or brain were pierced by bullets, but she died of loss of blood. After Indira Gandhi was fired upon, Sonia Gandhi strangely insisted that bleeding Indira Gandhi should be taken to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, in opposite direction to AIIMS which had a contingency protocol to precisely deal with such events. After reaching Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Sonia Gandhi changed her mind and demand that Indira Gandhi should be taken to AIIMS, thus wasting 24 valuable minutes. It is doubtful whether it was immaturity of Sonia Gandhi or a trick to speedily bring her husband to power.</div>
<div>
Rajesh Pilot and Madhav Rao Scindia were strong contenders to the Prime Minister’s post and they were road blocks in Sonia Gandhi’s way to power. Both of them died in mysterious accidents.</div>
<div>
There are circumstantial evidences pointing to the prima facie possibility that the Maino family have contracted LTTE to kill Rajiv Gandhi. Nowadays, Sonia Gandhi is quite unabashed in having political alliance with those like MDMK, PMK and<span style="color: red;"> DMK</span> who praise Rajiv Gandhi’s killers. No Indian widow would ever do that. Such circumstances are many, and raise a doubt. An investigation into Sonia’s involvement in Rajiv’s assassination is necessary. You may read Dr. Subramanian Swamy’s book “Assassination Of Rajiv Gandhi — Unasked Questions and Unanswered Queries” (ISBN : 81-220-0591-8). It contains indications of such conspiracy.</div>
<div>

<div>
In 1992, Sonia Gandhi revived her citizenship of Italy under Article 17 of the Italian Citizenship Law. Under Italian law, Rahul and Priyanka are Italian citizens because Sonia was an Italian citizen when she gave birth to them. Rahul Gandhi’s Italian is better than his Hindi. Rahul Gandhi is an Italian citizen is relevant from the fact that on 27th September 2001 he was detained by the FBI at Boston airport, USA for traveling on an Italian passport. If a law is made in India that important posts like that of President and Prime Minister should not be held by a person of foreign origin, then Rahul Gandhi automatically disqualifies to contend for the post of Prime Minister.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
After finishing school education, Rahul Gandhi got admission at the St. Stephens College in New Delhi, not on merit basis but on sports quota of rifle shooting. After a brief stay there in 1989-90, he did his BA from Rollins College, Florida in 1994. Just for doing BA one need not go to the US. The very next year, in 1995 he got M.Phil. degree from Trinity College, Cambridge. The genuineness of this degree is questioned as he has done M.Phil. without doing MA. Amaratya Sen’s helping hand is thought to be behind. Many of you might have seen the famous movie “Munna Bhai MBBS”.</div>
<div>
In 2008 Rahul Gandhi was prevented from using an auditorium of the Chandra Shekhar Azad University in Kanpur for a students’ rally. Subsequently, the Vice-Chancellor of the university, V.K. Suri, was ousted by the UP Governor. During 26/11 when the whole country was tense about how to tackle the Mumbai terror, Rahul Gandhi was lavishly partying with his friends till 5 AM. Rahul Gandhi advises austerity for all Congress members. He says it is the duty of all politicians to be austere. On the other hand he has a ministerial bungalow with a fully equipped gym. He is a regular member of at least two of the Delhi’s poshest gyms, one of which is 5-star rated. Rahul Gandhi’s trip to Chennai in 2009 to campaign for austerity cost the party more than Rs 1 Crore. Such inconsistencies show that initiatives taken by Rahul Gandhi are not his own but, workout of his party men only.</div>
<div>
During the 2007 election campaign in Uttar Pradesh, Rahul Gandhi said that “if anyone from the Nehru-Gandhi family had been active in politics then, the Babri Masjid would not have fallen”. It doubtlessly shows his Mohammedan affiliation as a loyalty to his ancestors. On Dec 31, 2004, John M. Itty, a retired college professor in Alappuzha district of Kerala, contended that action should be taken against Rahul Gandhi and his girlfriend Juvenitta alias Veronica for staying together for three days at a resort in Kerela. It is a criminal offense under Immoral Trafficking Act as they are not married. Anyway, one more foreigner daughter-in-law is waiting to rule the tolerant Indians.</div>
<div>
The Swiss magazine Schweizer Illustrierte’s 11thNovember 1991 issue revealed that Rahul Gandhi was the beneficiary of accounts worth US $2 billion controlled by his mother Sonia Gandhi. A report from the Swiss Banking Association in 2006 revealed that the combined deposits of Indian citizens are far greater than any other nation, a total ofUS $1.4 trillion, a figure exceeding the GDP of India. This dynasty rules greater than half of India. Ignoring the center, out of 28 states and 7 union territories, more than half of them have Congress government at any point of time. Upto Rajiv Gandhi there was Mughal rule in India, with Sonia Gandhi, the Rome rule on India have started.</div>

Nathuram Godse was arrested immediately after he assassinated Gandhiji, based on a F. I. R. filed by Nandlal Mehta at the Tughlak Road Police staton at Delhi . The trial, which was held in camera, began on May 27, 1948 and concluded on February 10, 1949. He was sentenced to death.<br />
An appeal to the Punjab High Court, then in session at Simla, did not find favour and the sentence was upheld. The statement that you are about to read is the last made by Godse before the Court on the May 5, 1949.<br />
Such was the power and eloquence of this statement that one of the judges, G. D. Khosla, later wrote, “I have, however, no doubt that had the audience of that day been constituted into a jury and entrusted with the task of deciding Godse’s appeal, they would have brought a verdict of ‘not Guilty’ by an overwhelming majority”<span id="more-2786"></span><br />

<h5>
WHY I KILLED GANDHI</h5>
Born in a devotional Brahmin family, I instinctively came to revere Hindu religion, Hindu history and Hindu culture. I had, therefore, been intensely proud of Hinduism as a whole. As I grew up I developed a tendency to free thinking unfettered by any superstitious allegiance to any isms, political or religious. That is why I worked actively for the eradication of untouchability and the caste system based on birth alone.
I openly joined RSS wing of anti-caste movements and maintained that all Hindus were of equal status as to rights, social and religious and should be considered high or low on merit alone and not through the accident of birth in a particular caste or profession.<br />
I used publicly to take part in organized anti-caste dinners in which thousands of Hindus, Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaisyas, Chamars and Bhangis participated. We broke the caste rules and dined in the company of each other. I have read the speeches and writings of Ravana, Chanakiya, Dadabhai Naoroji, Vivekanand, Gokhale, Tilak, along with the books of ancient and modern history of India and some prominent countries like England , France , America and Russia . Moreover I studied the tenets of
Socialism and Marxism. But above all I studied very closely whatever Veer Savarkar and Gandhiji had written and spoken, as to my mind these two ideologies have contributed more to the moulding of the thought and action of the Indian people during the last thirty years or so, than any other single factor has done.<br />
All this reading and thinking led me to believe it was my first duty to serve Hindudom and Hindus both as a patriot and as a world citizen. To secure the freedom and to safeguard the just interests of some thirty crores (300 million) of Hindus would automatically constitute the freedom and the well-being of all India , one fifth of human race. This conviction led me naturally to devote myself to the Hindu Sanghtanist ideology and programme, which alone, I came to believe, could win and preserve the national independence of Hindustan , my Motherland, and enable her to render true service to humanity as well.<br />
Since the year 1920, that is, after the demise of Lokamanya Tilak, Gandhiji’s influence in the Congress first increased and then became supreme. His activities for public awakening were phenomenal in their intensity and were reinforced by the slogan of truth and non-violence which he paraded ostentatiously before the country. No sensible or enlightened person could object to those slogans. In fact there is nothing new or original in them.. They are implicit in every constitutional public movement. But it is nothing but a mere dream if you imagine that the bulk of mankind is, or can ever become, capable of scrupulous adherence to these lofty principles in its normal life from day to day.<br />
In fact, honour, duty and love of one’s own kith and kin and country might often compel us to disregard non-violence and to use force. I could never conceive that an armed resistance to an aggression is unjust. I would consider it a religious and moral duty to resist and, if
possible, to overpower such an enemy by use of force. [In the Ramayana]
Rama killed Ravana in a tumultuous fight and relieved Sita.. [In the Mahabharata], Krishna killed Kansa to end his wickedness; and Arjuna had
to fight and slay quite a number of his friends and relations including
the revered Bhishma because the latter was on the side of the aggressor. It is my firm belief that in dubbing Rama, Krishna and Arjuna
as guilty of violence, the Mahatma betrayed a total ignorance of the springs of human action.<br />
In more recent history, it was the heroic fight put up by Chhatrapati Shivaji that first checked and eventually destroyed the Muslim tyranny in India . It was absolutely essentially for Shivaji to overpower and kill an aggressive Afzal Khan, failing which he would have lost his own life. In condemning history’s towering warriors like Shivaji, Rana Pratap and Guru Gobind Singh as misguided patriots, Gandhiji has merely exposed his self-conceit. He was, paradoxical as it may appear, a violent pacifist who brought untold calamities on the country in the name of truth and non-violence, while Rana Pratap, Shivaji and the Guru will remain enshrined in the hearts of
their countrymen for ever for the freedom they brought to them.<br />
The accumulating provocation of thirty-two years, culminating in his last pro-Muslim fast, at last goaded me to the conclusion that the existence of Gandhi should be brought to an end immediately. Gandhi had done very good in South Africa to uphold the rights and well-being of the Indian community there. But when he finally returned to India he developed a subjective mentality under which he alone was to be the final judge of what was right or wrong. If the country wanted his leadership, it had to accept his infallibility; if it did not, he would stand aloof from the Congress and carry on his own way.<br />
Against such an attitude there can be no halfway house. Either Congress had to surrender its will to his and had to be content with playing second fiddle to all his eccentricity, whimsicality, metaphysics and primitive vision, or it had to carry on without him. He alone was the Judge of everyone and every thing; he was the master brain guiding the civil disobedience movement; no other could know the technique of that movement. He alone knew when to begin and when to withdraw it. The movement might succeed or fail, it might bring untold disaster and political reverses but that could make no difference to the Mahatma’s infallibility. ‘A Satyagrahi can never fail’ was his formula for declaring his own infallibility and nobody except himself knew what a Satyagrahi is. Thus, the Mahatma became the judge and jury in his own cause. These childish insanities and obstinacies, coupled with a most severe austerity of life, ceaseless work and lofty character made Gandhi
formidable and irresistible.<br />
Many people thought that his politics were irrational but they had either to withdraw from the Congress or place their intelligence at his feet to do with as he liked. In a position of such absolute irresponsibility Gandhi was guilty of blunder after blunder, failure after failure, disaster after disaster. Gandhi’s pro-Muslim policy is blatantly in his perverse attitude on the question of the national language of India . It is quite obvious that Hindi has the most prior claim to be accepted as the premier language. In the beginning of his career in India , Gandhi gave a great impetus to Hindi but as he found that the Muslims did not like it, he became a champion of what is called Hindustani.. Everybody in India knows that there is no language called Hindustani; it has no grammar; it has no vocabulary. It is a mere dialect, it is spoken, but not written. It is a bastard tongue and cross-breed between Hindi and Urdu, and not even the Mahatma’s sophistry could make it popular. But in his desire to please the Muslims he insisted that Hindustani alone should be the national language of India .
His blind followers, of course, supported him and the so-called hybrid language began to be used. The charm and purity of the Hindi language was to be prostituted to please the Muslims. All his experiments were at
the expense of the Hindus.<br />
From August 1946 onwards the private armies of the Muslim League began a massacre of the Hindus. The then Viceroy, Lord Wavell, though distressed at what was happening, would not use his powers under the Government of India Act of 1935 to prevent the rape, murder and arson. The Hindu blood began to flow from Bengal to Karachi with some retaliation by the Hindus. The Interim Government formed in September was sabotaged by its Muslim League members right from its inception, but
the more they became disloyal and treasonable to the government of which they were a part, the greater was Gandhi’s infatuation for them. Lord Wavell had to resign as he could not bring about a settlement and he was succeeded by Lord Mountbatten. King Log was followed by King Stork. The Congress which had boasted of its nationalism and socialism secretly accepted Pakistan literally at the point of the bayonet and abjectly surrendered to Jinnah. India was vivisected and one-third of the Indian territory became foreign land to us from August 15, 1947.<br />
Lord Mountbatten came to be described in Congress circles as the greatest Viceroy and Governor-General this country ever had. The official date for handing over power was fixed for June 30, 1948, but Mountbatten with his ruthless surgery gave us a gift of vivisected India
ten months in advance. This is what Gandhi had achieved after thirty years of undisputed dictatorship and this is what Congress party calls ‘freedom’ and ‘peaceful transfer of power’. The Hindu-Muslim unity bubble was finally burst and a theocratic state was established with the consent of <a href="http://www.chauhansaab.blogspot.com/2011/07/nehru-gandhi-dynasty-some-hidden-facts.html"><b>Nehru </b></a>and his crowd and they have called ‘freedom won by them with sacrifice’ – whose sacrifice? When top leaders of Congress, with the consent of Gandhi, divided and tore the country – which we consider a deity of worship – my mind was filled with direful anger.<br />
One of the conditions imposed by Gandhi for his breaking of the fast unto death related to the mosques in Delhi occupied by the Hindu refugees. But when Hindus in Pakistan were subjected to violent attacks he did not so much as utter a single word to protest and censure the Pakistan Government or the Muslims concerned. Gandhi was shrewd enough to know that while undertaking a fast unto death, had he imposed for its break some condition on the Muslims in Pakistan , there would have been found hardly any Muslims who could have shown some grief if the fast had ended in his death. It was for this reason that he purposely avoided
imposing any condition on the Muslims. He was fully aware of from the experience that Jinnah was not at all perturbed or influenced by his fast and the Muslim League hardly attached any value to the inner voice of Gandhi.<br />
Gandhi is being referred to as the Father of the Nation. But if that is so, he had failed his paternal duty inasmuch as he has acted very treacherously to the nation by his consenting to the partitioning of it.
I stoutly maintain that Gandhi has failed in his duty. He has proved to be the Father of Pakistan. His inner-voice, his spiritual power and his doctrine of non-violence of which so much is made of, all crumbled before Jinnah’s iron will and proved to be powerless. Briefly speaking, I thought to myself and foresaw I shall be totally ruined, and the only thing I could expect from the people would be nothing but hatred and that I shall have lost all my honour, even more valuable than my life, if I were to kill Gandhiji. But at the same time I felt that the Indian politics in the absence of Gandhiji would surely be proved practical, able to retaliate, and would be powerful with armed forces. No doubt, my own future would be totally ruined, but the nation would be saved from the inroads of Pakistan . People may even call me and dub me as devoid of any sense or foolish, but the nation would be free to follow the course founded on the reason which I consider to be necessary for sound nation-building.<br />
After having fully considered the question, I took the final decision in
the matter, but I did not speak about it to anyone whatsoever. I took courage in both my hands and I did fire the shots at Gandhiji on 30th January 1948, on the prayer-grounds of Birla House. I do say that my shots were fired at the person whose policy and action had brought rack and ruin and destruction to millions of Hindus. There was no legal machinery by which such an offender could be brought to book and for this reason I fired those fatal shots. I bear no ill will towards anyone
individually but I do say that I had no respect for the present government owing to their policy which was unfairly favourable towards the Muslims. But at the same time I could clearly see that the policy was entirely due to the presence of Gandhi.<br />
I have to say with great regret that <a href="http://www.chauhansaab.blogspot.com/2011/07/nehru-gandhi-dynasty-some-hidden-facts.html"><b>Prime Minister Nehru</b></a> quite forgets that his preachings and deeds are at times at variances with each other when he talks about India as a secular state in season and out of season, because it is significant to note that <a href="http://www.chauhansaab.blogspot.com/2011/07/nehru-gandhi-dynasty-some-hidden-facts.html"><b>Nehru </b></a>has played a leading role in the establishment of the theocratic state of Pakistan, and his job was made easier by Gandhi’s persistent policy of appeasement towards the Muslims. I now stand before the court to accept the full share of my responsibility for what I have done and the judge would, of course, pass against me such orders of sentence as may be considered proper. But I would like to add that I do not desire any mercy to be shown to me, nor do I wish that anyone else should beg for mercy on my behalf. My confidence about the moral side of my action has not been shaken even by the criticism levelled against it on all sides. I have no doubt that honest writers of history will weigh my act and find the true value thereof some day in future.</div>

A very plausible scenario a decade ago but currently the chances of that

This again is a possibility as there are loads of meteors hurtling past
Earth everyday in their journey around the Sun. From time to time, one
or the other of these meteors keeps scaring the scientists with its
proximity to Earth. It has happened in the past (when the Dinosaurs were

<b>End of the World in Hindu Mythology</b></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="justify">
Strictly speaking, Hindu Mythology does not believe in a SINGLE event of
destruction of the World, or even a SINGLE event of creation for that
matter. <br />
<br />
Time in Hinduism, is not Linear i.e. it doesn't start and
end at specific points, rather, it is Cyclical and never-ending. This
eternal cycle of Life and Death; Birth and Re-birth; Formation and
Dissolution is called the<b> Kaal-chakra<i> </i></b>or the <b><i>Wheel of Time</i></b>.<br />
<br />
The Cyclical Destruction of the World as we know it, occurs in events singularly known as a <b>Pralaya</b> that takes place at the end of a <b><i>Chatur-Yuga</i></b>. A cycle of Four Yugas is known as a <b><span style="color: black;">Maha</span> <span style="color: black;">Yuga</span></b> or
a Chatur-Yuga and at the end of this cycle, our Earth experiences a
cataclysmic event which has the capacity to wipe out all life from the
face of the planet.</div>

Ancient Puranas detail this concept further and describe different types of Pralayas:<br />
<ul>
<li>A <b>Pralaya</b> at the end of a Chatur-Yuga (every 4.32 Million Solar Years), </li>
<li><b>Manvantar Pralaya</b> at the end of the rule of each of the Manus (every 307 Million Solar Years), </li>
<li><b>Naimittik</b><span style="color: black;"> </span><b>Pralaya</b> at the end of the Day of Brahma (4.32 Billion Solar Years) and lastly, </li>

<b>Description of Pralaya</b><br />
<br /></div>
<div align="justify">
In various Puranas, the description of Pralaya that happens at the end
of a Chatur-yuga is extremely applicable to what is referred to as the <b>Great Deluge</b> in Biblical and Koranic references.<br />
<br />
<div align="justify">
In these as well as the Hindu legends of Manu, entire Earth was
inundated by Water which swallowed up the land and gobbled up most
living as well as non-living things surviving on it. In all the three
traditions, ONE Man was chosen by God to continue the legacy of Human
race.<br />
<br />
In Hinduism, this man is <b>Vaivasvat Manu</b> and in Biblical references he is called <b>Noah</b>. We have learnt more about him already in a previous post {<b style="color: #e06666;"><a href="http://www.chauhansaab.blogspot.com/2012/10/the-story-of-manu-first-man.html" target="_blank">The Story of Manu - The First Man</a></b>}.</div>
<div align="justify">
</div>
The belief in a Great Deluge is not limited to the three above
mentioned religions alone.. it was widely believed by a lot of ancient
mythologies as well viz:</div>
<div align="justify">
<br />
<div align="justify">
<ul>
<li>In <b>Sumer and Babylonia</b> Atrahasis, Ziusudra, Xisuthrus and Utnapishtim are the different heroes
credited with the same feat as Manu. Each of these is credited hoarding
with cattle, wild animals and birds on the boat to constitute “the seed
of all living creatures” in the next Eon. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>According to <b>Tibetan legends</b>, Tibet was almost totally inundated, until the god <b><i>Gya </i></b>drew off the waters through Bengal, and sent teachers to civilize the people, who repopulated the land.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>In the<b> Ifugaos</b> of Philippines and the <b>Kammu </b>of
Thailand, a brother and sister were the only survivors after the flood
and they were responsible for populating the Earth with different
races.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>For the <b>Batak</b> of Sumatra, the giant snake on whose head Earth rests, Naga-Padoha (Hindu<i><b> Shesh-Naag?</b></i>), grew tired of its burden and shook it off into the sea. But the god <i><b>Batara-Guru</b></i> caused a mountain to fall into the water to preserve his daughter and the human race is descended from her. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>In <b>Egyptian mythology</b>, <i><b>Set</b></i> sent forth the deluge to destroy the evil Sebau, the Sami, the Apap-dragon ( Hindu <i><b>Vrtra</b></i>) and the long-armed ones. There is another story, about <i><b>Horus </b></i>steering
his ark across the cosmic ocean as six poles are capsized leaving only
the seventh one as dry land, upon which he rested. </li>

<li>In <b>Norse mythology</b>, the
flood occurred at the dawn of time before the world was formed. Ymir,
the first giant, was killed by the god Odin and his brothers and his

the frost giant <b><i>Bergelmir</i></b> and his wife. They escaped in a ship and survived, becoming the progenitors of a new race of giants. </li>

<li> Similar beliefs are echoed by the <b>Shaur</b> of Andes, the <b>Caddo</b> of Texas, and the<b> Hopi</b>. </li>

<ul>
<li>The<b> Michoacan </b>of Mexico have the same story as Manu and the hero here is a guy called <b><i>Tezpi</i></b>. The <b>Tarahumara</b> and the <b>Toltecs</b> of Mexico also have their own versions of the flood myth.</li>

<ul>
<li>The<b> Nahua</b> of central Mexico talk about a man known as <i><b>Nata</b></i> (“Our Father”) and his consort <i><b>Nene</b></i> who were protected by their God at the time of flood while the<b> Mixtec</b> of northern Oaxaca, Mexico believed that the earth was once well

saved by climbing on floating logs and rafters. A strong north wind
blew for seven days and scattered the people, which is why there are
now different peoples speaking different languages.</li>

There are hundreds more from around the world, from various tribes and
cultures, and so this is just a handful. What could have caused these
Geographically separate civilizations to form such a common belief?</div>
<div align="justify">
<br />
The answer according to me, rests in Ice, or more specifically, the <b>Ice-Age</b>. It
is MORE than likely that all the above myths refer to the
same phenomenon, one which we scientifically KNOW to have taken place -
that of the Ice Age.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There have been at least five major ice ages in the Earth's past. The earliest well established ice age, called the <b>Huronian</b>,
formed around 2.4 to 2.1 Billion years ago and the latest one started
about 2.58 million years ago when the spread of ice sheets in the
Northern Hemisphere began! </div>
<br />
Since then, the world has seen cycles of glaciation with ice sheets
advancing and retreating on 40,000 and 100,000 year time scales called <b>Glacial periods</b>, and Glacial retreats called the <b>Interglacials</b>. We are currently in an interglacial, and the last glacial period ended about 10,000 years ago.<br />

The Arctic region had a temperate climate, quite conducive to
the growth of plant and animal life before the Ice-Age set in. In the
same post, I also mentioned the possibility that at least some of the
Vedic seers and magi had lived in the Arctic area in close proximity to
their Gods who dwell on Mount Meru.</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But everything changed 20,000 years ago when extensive ice sheets covered large swaths of Northern and Southern Hemispheres.<b> </b>Consequently, whatever civilizations were existing before, were forced to migrate to warmer places or perish.</div>

<b>But that was not all, the real trouble would have begun when ALL this Ice began to MELT!</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
During Ice-Age, water was taken from the oceans to form the ice, thus
Global Sea-levels must have dropped, forming bridges between
land-masses for animals to migrate. However, during <b>Deglaciation</b>, or Meltdown, the ice-water returned to the oceans, causing the SEA-LEVEL to rise by as much as 110-120 meters!! </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
And what can be the result of such a meltdown?? Of course we get what is theologically labeled as The <b>Great Deluge</b>!!<br />
<br />
Throughout our history, the busiest cities have been located either on
the banks of mighty rivers or near busy coastlines. All the melted ice
lead to a RISE in sea-levels, inundating huge chunks of land and
ALTERING the shape of the planetary landmass.<br />
<br />
Consequently, there would have been wide-spread displacement of people
and populations leading to probably the BIGGEST catastrophe in the
History of Human civilization<b>. </b>No wonder then, that mythologies from such different parts of the World narrate the same story!! </div>
</div>
<div align="justify" style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The existing hubs of civilization were inundated and the tracts of land
connecting different continents too got submerged altering the course
of our history. A case in point is the <b>Bering Bridge</b> which was the landmass connecting Russia to America. </div>
<div align="justify" style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div align="justify" style="text-align: center;">

</div>
<div align="justify" style="text-align: center;">
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
This small tract of land performed a vital function as numerous species
of animals, as well as the ancient humans migrated to and populated
the American continent through the same bridge!<br />

<br />
<br />
<br />
If the inundation of such a tiny piece of land could have such immense
effect, imagine the condition when major civilizational hubs on the
planet would have undergone submersion under the super-massive
TSUNAMIS!!<br />
<br />
As such a catastrophe would lead to major uprooting of people and
populations all over the world, it can very well explain the presence of
the SAME LEGEND in widely differing Geographical locations! </div>

The flood waters would wipe clear all evidence of civilization from the
face of Earth leaving only a few stranded pockets at the highest
altitudes of the Planet! One such place is <b>Manali</b> high in the Northern Himalayas where the Ark of <b>Vaivasvat Manu</b> is believed to have docked.</div>
</div>
<br />
There are other explanations given by the scientific community for the
Great floods, ranging from Meteor crashes to Volcanic eruptions..
However, it is the CYCLICAL nature of the Ice Ages along with their
capacity to generate GLOBAL FLOODS that prompts me to co-relate
them with the <b>Pralaya</b> myths from Hindu Mythology!<br />
<br />
And as far as cyclicity goes, already, many scientists predict a coming
of the next Ice Age as we may have reached the end of the current
period of Interglacial interval. The predictions have created a lot of
debate and not surprisingly, there have been movies based on the same
theme.<br />

As each grain of Time is destroyed, the next comes along and brings

Everything we amass in this life will all be taken away one day by the hands of Time. The same thought must have inspired <b>Oppenheimer</b>, Father of the Atomic Bomb to quote Lord Krishna, from the Bhagvad Gita - <i>Time, I am, the Destroyer of All</i>.<br />
<br />
The sooner we realize the transient nature of all existence and start on
the Path of Spirituality, the easier it would become to deal with that
Final Moment in the End. I conclude this post with the same sentiment
expressed in the words of a 6th Century Sanskrit Poet <b>Bhartrhari</b>: <br />
<br />
<br />
<div align="center">
<i>A Hundred Years complete our span,</i></div>
<div align="center">
<i>And Half of that is passed in Night,</i></div>
<div align="center">
<i>Childhood and Old-age devour the Half,</i></div>
<div align="center">
<i>Of what belongs to Light.</i></div>
<div align="center">
</div>
<div align="center">
<i>The rest is torn with parting pangs,</i></div>
<div align="center">
<i>Of ceaseless toil the Slave,</i></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<i>What profit is our Human Life,</i><br />
<i>Unstable as a Wave.</i><br />
<br />
<i>Our Bloom of Youth decays,</i><br />
<i>Our Joys are brief as lightning flash,</i><br />
<i>And in Summer's cloudy days,</i><br />
<i>Our riches fly away and crash.</i><br />
<br />
<i>Faith in the One Supreme,</i><br />
<i>Alone will bear us over the Chasm,</i><br />
<i>Of Existence's </i><i>Stormy Stream,</i><br />
<i>And Maya's elaborate Phantasm.</i></div>

<br />
Today text messaging is an indispensable communication option – it
not only enables people to stay in touch through short messages but have
even emerged as a trendy way of conveying one’s feelings. While there
are text messages galore to wish a loved one good morning or good night,
here are some that you can send to your ex that are sure to convince
him/her to get back together.<br /><br />
<ol>
<li>If I could undo what happened, I would, but since I can’t, I’ll say sorry. Come back to me sweetheart.<br /> </li>
<li>Missing you so much, it breaks my heart. Let’s get back together<br /> </li>
<li>Our future hangs on this note of apology! Accept it and give us a chance.<br /> </li>
<li>I may have been wrong but if I don’t do this, I’ll never be right. I
apologize. So far from my eyes, so close here in my heart – yes, that’
you.</li>
<li>You know that you’re pretty; you know that you’re smart; you know
you’re intelligent but do you know that I am still in love with your?<br /> </li>
<li>Being away from you is the hardest thing I have done – can we get back together?<br /> </li>
<li>Let’s put things back as they were! I am sorry and I can’t live without you.<br /> </li>
<li>I would wait till the end of time to be with you.<br /> </li>
<li>After a breakup, one should forgive and forget. But unless you forgive, I can’t forget!<br /> </li>
<li>My world is a better place because of you. Don’t walk away.<br /> </li>
<li>Can’t get you out of my head.<br /> </li>
<li>If you won’t hold me, I’ll cry, if you won’t be with me, I may not survive and if you don’t come back, I’ll surely die.<br /> </li>
<li>You are the beat in my heart, the music in my laughter, the tears in my eyes.<br />You are my whole world – don’t leave.<br /> </li>
<li>Always on my mind and in my heart. Yep, that’s you.<br /> </li>
<li>Saying sorry is the first step to restoring a broken relationship. Now that I’ve said it, will you accept it?<br /> </li>
<li>Even though we are apart, my love for you will never abate.<br /> </li>
<li>If I could take back my words I would, but since I can’t – here is a new set: I am sorry!<br /> </li>
<li>The sun rises and sets every day but my world has stopped.<br />It will move only when you come back to me again.<br /> </li>
<li>I may not be the best but I love you better than the rest. Let’s make up and be together again.<br /> </li>
<li>I think of you before I fall asleep and then again as soon as I wake up.<br />You see, you’re never out of my thoughts.<br /> </li>
<li>Let’s get our life back on track again. Take my apology and make it happen.<br /> </li>
<li>I do not get to see you as often as I like,<br />I do not get to hold you all through the night.<br />But deep in my heart this much I know,<br />You’re the one for me and I’ll never let you go.<br /> </li>
<li>You are my pole star. But when the light of your love is dimmed, I lose my way. Please be mine again.<br /> </li>
<li>As I walked out of my house today, I realized that I was missing something. And that something was you.<br /> </li>
<li>It takes a strong heart to love.<br />It takes a stronger heart to continue to love after it has been hurt…Like mine.<br /> </li>
<li>Sweetheart, I was born the day I met U….<br />And died the day U left me…<br /> </li>
<li>If I were given a dollar for every time you came into my thoughts,
I’d still have only one 'cause even after you left men, your thoughts
never did, my love.<br /> </li>
<li>I loved you once, you loved me not,<br />I loved you twice, but then I thought,<br />You don’t love me, and never will,<br />But even so, I love you still!!!<br /> </li>
<li>When once we were together or now when we are apart,<br />You were always first in my thoughts, you are still the first in my heart.<br /> </li>
<li>Sometimes I wish I had never met you<br />because then I could go to sleep at night<br />not knowing there was someone like you out there.<br /> </li>
<li>I wish that you were here or that I was there.<br />I wish that we were together anywhere.<br /> </li>
<li>Forgetting you is hard to do<br />Forgetting me is up to you<br />Forget me not, forget me never<br />Forget this message but not the sender.<br /> </li>
<li>I never felt true love until I was with you,<br />and I never felt true sadness until you left me. Come back dearest.<br /> </li>
<li>Apologies r in order<br />4 ruining ur day<br />4 making u feel bad<br />4 always being late<br />4 not showing up<br />4 not giving enough compliments<br />4 trying too hard or<br />4 not trying hard enough<br />4 taking u 4granted<br />I hope I can make up<br />4 my shortcomings.<br />I love u.<br /> </li>
<li>Let’s make amends, let’s talk<br />Let’s find a way to connect together again.<br /> </li>
<li>Here is always room 4 forgiveness<br />find it in your heart and give us a chance.<br /> </li>
<li>Am sorry -U know I am<br />We need 2 talk & clear the air<br />Hear me out -that's all I ask.<br />Please reply.<br /> </li>
<li>There's a song on my mind<br />keep humming' it all day<br />and it’s all about U<br />I miss U so much. Can we get back together?<br /> </li>
<li>If I know what love is, it is because of you – please come back to me<br /> </li>
<li>I swore to myself it wouldn't happen again. I vowed to myself that
this was the end. The end of this longing, this yearning so strong... I
said I was over you, but oh I was so wrong.<br /> </li>
<li>I miss you even more than I could have believed; and I was prepared to miss you a good deal.<br /> </li>
<li>Love is when two people who care for each other get confused. Now that we know what happened, can we be together again?<br /> </li>
<li>Sticks and stones are hard on bones<br />Aimed with angry art,<br />Words can sting like anything<br />But silence breaks the heart. Please reply.<br /> </li>
<li>Love makes life so confusing, but would you want to live without it? Let’s get back together again.<br /> </li>
<li>I still think about you. I still think about us. I won't give up, or give in. I will go on, until the end.<br /> </li>
<li>Do you remember when we walked hand in hand, do you think we could ever feel that way again?<br /> </li>
<li>How am I supposed to move on when every time I see you, I fall that much harder?<br /> </li>
<li>I keep telling myself that I'm done trying so hard to get you back,
but really I know that I’ll never stop because, I love you too much to
give up.<br /> </li>
<li>I'd be lying if I told you losing you was something I could handle. Can you come back to me please?<br /> </li>
<li>We all have that one person we would take back in a second, no
matter how much they hurt us in the past. And for me, my love, that’s
you.</li>

<br />Congress on Tuesday demanded the resignation of Opposition Leader in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj after visuals showing the top BJP leader dancing at Mahatma Gandhi's memorial Rajghat sparked a controversy. "By dancing at the Samadhi of Mahatma Gandhi, Sushma Swaraj has not only insulted Gandhiji but all the freedom fighters and the entire countrymen. She should resign from the post of the Leader of the Opposition and apologize to the people," AICC general secretary BK Hariprasad said.<br />
<br />
The controversy erupted on Monday when visuals showing Swaraj dancing at Rajghat while on a protest were aired on television channels.<br />
<br />
However, Swaraj defended her act saying she was dancing to the tune of patriotic songs to boost the morale of the cadres which is in keeping with the traditions of the party.<br />
<br />
Hariprasad alleged that RSS and Sangh Parivar had a hand in the campaign against corruption by Anna Hazare and Baba Ramdev.<br />
<br />
Hariprasad also attacked senior BJP leader LK Advani, saying the BJP leader was an "old man in a hurry" to become Prime Minister and "has hence outsourced the role of the Opposition to Hazare and Ramdev" after losing in two elections.<br />
<br />
"RSS is behind all these things. They have been attempting all this because the old man (Advani) is in hurry to become the Prime Minister. He should wait for the people to vote for him," he added.<br />
<br />
Launching a blistering attack on Hazare, the Congress leader said he is a "mask of RSS and Sangh Parivar" and said he was no better than Baba Ramdev.<br />
<br />
"He is also a mukhouta (mask) of RSS and Sangh Parivar. Ultimately it is people who elect and select their leaders. The Prime Minister is elected by 120 crore people and not by the so-called civil society. What were they doing all these days?" he asked.<br />
<br />
"It is not their satyagraha but the Agrah for Satta (demand for power)," he said.<br />
<br />
The senior Congress leader also justified the police action against Ramdev, claiming the Sangh Parivar "had a conspiracy to create a Godhra-like communal violence."<br />
<br />
"There was a big conspiracy from the Sangh Parivar because they had given a call to their activists to assemble in Ramlila ground on Sunday in numbers to the tune of one lakh. The area is full of minorities. There was a big conspiracy to create a Godhra kind of situation and disturb peace and tranquillity in the area," Hariprasad alleged.<br />
<br />
He said the action taken by the government was justified otherwise it would have led to a serious law and order problem.<br />
<br />
He said that had the government not acted in the night to evict Ramdev and his followers then there would have been "a disaster and catastrophe". A "right decision" was taken to avoid that, he said.<br />
<br />
On what was the need for the crackdown when Ramdev was organizing a peaceful protest, Hariprasad said the then BJP government in Uttar Pradesh had filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court assuring that there would be no damage to the Babari mosque but the structure was demolished.<br />
<br />
About the controversy surrounding the visit of four ministers to the airport to receive Ramdev, Hariprasad said it happened because a meeting was arranged at the lounge since the yoga guru did not want to meet the government representatives outside.<br />
<br />
Congress spokesman Manish Tewari also objected to Swaraj's jig saying that it was disrespectful to Mahatma Gandhi.</div>
