Jayanti Chauhan to join Parle Bisleri

Post trying her hands in various fields like photography, fashion styling, make-up art, merchandising, Jayanti Chauhan, the daughter of Ramesh Chauhan has decided to enter father’s empire.

The 24 yr old is the only child of Ramesh Chauhan, she is to join the business as director in the coming week. This has pacified all the rumours of Parle Bisleri being sold. The companies looking for takeover of the Parle Bisleri are- Groupe Danone, Nestle as Jayanti was not seen very interested in taking ahead the business. Ms Chauhan is now based in Delhi and is learning the rules of the game to make her contribution to her father’s business. She will be starting by operating the two factories located near Delhi.

Initially, she is taking lessons in the Human resources domain. She said that by motivating people, one can achieve the desired growth and expansions.
